Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Contact candidates and conduct initial screening calls.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Support daily HR administrative activities.
Communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Human Resources and recruitment.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge,
including MS Word and Excel.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
