Zimmedariyan (Key Responsibilities)
- Agent Recruitment: Alag-alag resources (Job portals, social media, references) ka use karke Insurance Advisors aur Agents ko Full Jankari dena karna.
- Team Building: Ek active aur high-performing agents ki team khadi karna aur unhe business ke liye motivate karna.
- Training & Onboarding: Naye join karne wale advisors ko company ke insurance products ki training dena.
- Goal Management: Apni hired team ke sath milkar company ke monthly sales targets ko achieve karna.
- Retention: Apne agents ke sath lagatar touch mein rehna aur unki problems ko solve karke unhe active rakhna.
Qualification aur Skills (Requirements)
- Education:
10th to Graduate (Kisi bhi stream mein).
- Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance Sales, Agency Development, or Insurance Recruitment.
- Industry Knowledge: Insurance sector ki acchi samajh aur IRDAI regulations/exams ki basic jankari hona zaroori hai.
- Skills: Solid communication, convincing power aur logon ko manage karne ki acchi kshamta.
- Mindset: Target-driven aur leadership qualities se bharpoor.
