Key responsibilities.

- Platform and product management:
- Manage and update the company's e-commerce website and product listings.
- Optimize the online platform for a seamless user experience.
- Marketing and sales:
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Analyse sales data to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement tactics to increase online sales conversions.
- Customer and logistics support:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with logistics for order fulfilment and delivery.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey from browsing to post-purchase.
- Analysis and strategy:




- Monitor and analyse online sales performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and qualifications.

- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with e-commerce platforms and back-office software, and positive communication skills for coordinating with other teams.
- Qualifications: A background in e-commerce operations, a degree in a related field like marketing or business, or equivalent experience are common.
