Required two Technical Interns to accelerate the deployment and verification of custom IVR flows for the HDFC Bank enterprise voice platform integration.
Core Responsibilities: Translate HDFC Bank call-tree specifications into visual configurations on our Voice Platform, configure DTMF/TTS prompts, and perform end-to-end call testing across all conditional and fallback routing paths.
Key Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech/BCA students or graduates with robust logical reasoning, flow-diagram comprehension, and a basic understanding of APIs and testing.
