We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Specialist who knows how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content. If you understand trends, love experimenting with formats, and can balance creativity with strategy, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to craft engaging posts, reels, and campaigns that build brand presence and drive real results.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, create, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms

2. Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform algorithm changes

3. Collaborate with design and marketing teams for campaign execution

4. Analyze content performance and optimize based on insights

5. Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting

Experiment with new content ideas, formats, and strategies

Requirements:

1. 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation

2. Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

3. Basic knowledge of content strategy, trends, and audience behavior

4. Experience with short-form content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

5. Ability to analyze metrics and improve performance

6. Creative mindset with attention to detail
