We are a Dubai-based brand creating short-form video content (unboxings, watch content, trending audios) for Instagram Reels and TikTok. We are looking for a remote Social Media Content Manager in India to plan, direct and grow our channels. Our team shoots the footage; you own the strategy and the pipeline.

What you will do

- Plan weekly and monthly content calendars and trend/audio research

- Write shot lists and briefs for our shoot days

- Brief and manage our video editors, review cuts and keep deadlines

- Do light video editing (CapCut / Premiere) when needed

- Schedule posts, write captions and hashtags

- Track performance and send a weekly report on top and worst posts and the plan for next week

What we are looking for

- 2+ years managing social accounts, with proof of growth (links and numbers)

- Robust sense for trends and short-form hooks

- Basic video editing skills

- Good written English and reliable communication across time zones

Pay and perks

- Fully remote, paid monthly
