Job Title: Event Sales Executive

Location: D-184, Sector 63, Noida

Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; Sales/Marketing background preferred

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Event Sales Executive with experience in event sales, B2B sales, sponsorship sales, or similar roles. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and achieving sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate and qualify leads for events, sponsorships, and delegate participation.

· Engage prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and client meetings.

· Present event packages and proposals, negotiate commercials, and close sales.

· Manage lead pipelines, follow-ups, and client relationships.

· Coordinate with marketing and event teams to ensure smooth execution.

· Maintain accurate CRM/sales records and submit daily sales reports.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

· Lead generation and lead-to-conversion ratio.





· Confirmed event registrations and bookings.

· Revenue generated through event sales and sponsorships.

· Timely follow-ups and client relationship management.

· Achievement of assigned sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in event sales, B2B sales, sponsorship sales, or a related field.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

· Experience in outbound calling, prospecting, and client follow-ups.

· Working knowledge of CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.

· Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and work in a target-driven workplace.
