Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the respective club and conduct regular training sessions and workshops

- Mentor students and nurture their creative skills and talent

- Plan and coordinate performances, competitions, exhibitions, screenings, and other club activities

- Prepare and guide students for university, inter-college, and external competitions

- Develop students’ practical and professional skills through hands-on projects

- Identify and encourage student talent and active participation

- Guide students in creating skilled-quality performances and creative projects

- Coordinate with relevant university departments for the smooth execution of club activities

- Maintain regular engagement and ensure consistent development of the club throughout the academic year

Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
