Job Title: Test Drive Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Test Drive Coordinator to join our team at Patliputra Vinfast. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle test drives, scheduling customer appointments, assisting customers during their showroom visits, and supporting the sales team in providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate vehicle test drives for customers.

- Contact customers to confirm appointments and provide test drive details.

- Welcome customers and assist them during their showroom visits.

- Explain the test drive process and basic vehicle features.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth test drive operations.

- Maintain test drive records, customer details, and appointment schedules.

- Ensure test drive vehicles are clean, available, and ready for use.

- Verify the required driving licence and follow company test drive policies.





- Collect customer feedback after the test drive.

- Follow up with customers and share their feedback with the sales team.

- Maintain daily reports of test drives and customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation is preferred.

- Freshers can apply; experience in customer service or automobile sales is an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.

- Good customer-handling and coordination skills.

- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.

- A valid driving licence is preferred, if required for the role.
