About the opportunity

I have a fully furnished legally registered (MSME+GST) office premise in Kaloor, Kochi, ready for immediate use, with electricity, water, air conditioning and a high-speed internet connection in place. I am looking for a working partner (male / female) to set up and run an employment recruitment / staffing consultancy from this office.

The partner will actively manage the day-to-day business and share in its profits.

What you will do

- Build and run the recruitment operation end to end: sourcing candidates, client acquisition, screening, placements
- Develop relationships with employers in Kochi and across Kerala / india
- Manage a small team as the business grows
- Handle compliance, documentation and client agreements





What I’m looking for

- [2–5]+ years in recruitment, HR, staffing or placement consultancy
- Existing network of clients or candidates is a strong advantage
- Fluent in Malayalam and English a plus
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, comfortable with a profit-share model
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi
