About the Role
Lotus Workforce is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to develop and expand our network of salon centers across Punjab.
The selected candidate will be responsible for building partnerships with salon service providers and on boarding them onto the Lotus Workforce Partner App.

- salon for men Centers
- salon for women centers
- bridal services Packages
- nail artist Services
- salon Franchise & academy Networks
- Salon B2B Sales & Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach salon across Punjab.
- Build relationships with salon owners, managers and decision-makers.
- Onboard and activate verified salon partners on Lotus Workforce.
- Coordinate the listing of individual tests, multiple-man salon bookings and women salon packages.
- Collect and verify salon registration details,
service availability and pricing information.
- Explain the platform's online booking, payment, commission and settlement model.
- Coordinate with the operations and technical teams for successful partner activation.
- Achieve monthly lab acquisition and activation targets.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in salon sales, B2B sales or salon net-worker business development.
- Existing relationships with salons, academies and networks.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across Punjab.
- Ability to independently develop and manage salon partnerships.
