Job Summary

We are looking for motivated Career Development Executives to join our Sales (Business Development) team. This is an end-to-end sales role: you will start conversations with working professionals, understand their upskilling goals, guide them to the right program, and take them through to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect daily with a minimum of 80 working professionals from leads on the LeadSquared CRM to build a pool of genuine prospects
- Identify each prospect’s upskilling needs based on their career goals and area of interest




- Counsel prospective students on program details through phone calls, video calls or in-person meetings
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for the days ahead
- Achieve daily activity targets along with weekly and monthly enrolment targets
- Manage the full sales cycle, from cold calling through to closure
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; designation is Career Development Executive or Officer depending on experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus)
- Comfortable with cold calling and target-driven work
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

- Dress code: Business formals Monday to Friday, smart casuals on Saturday
