- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., firewall, L3 switches, VPN, IPSEC tunnel, VLAn QoS)
- Sound knowledge of Fortigate firewall, Cisco L3 switch configuration etc.
- Knowledge of web proxy solution, Cisco Duo is desirable, Zscaler, Netskope etc.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
- Configure and troubleshoot Firewalls and Load Balancers.
- Create documentation for support and operations tasks regarding the above tools.
- Configure, plan, install, maintain, and optimize network systems, equipment, and applications ensuring network protocols and security policies are used effectively.
