Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Academic DTP Operator to prepare, type, format, and proofread Intermediate 1st- and 2nd-year question papers, objective-type questions, IPE model papers, and academic study materials. The candidate should be proficient in MS Word and capable of accurately typing mathematical formulas, scientific equations, chemical reactions, special symbols, and subject-specific notation.

Key Responsibilities

- Type and format Intermediate 1st- and 2nd-year question papers, objective question banks, MCQs, and IPE model papers.
- Format Mathematics formulas, Physics equations, Chemistry reactions, scientific symbols, and other technical content accurately.
- Prepare question papers with proper numbering, multiple-choice options (A, B, C, D), marks, sections, and page layouts.
- Use MS Word, Equation Editor, MathType, and other relevant tools for academic typesetting.
- Format answer keys, worksheets, practice tests, and revision materials.
- Maintain consistent fonts, spacing, margins, headers, footers, and page numbering.
- Proofread documents to identify typing, formatting, numbering, and alignment errors.
- Coordinate with faculty members to incorporate corrections and finalize question papers within deadlines.
- Maintain organized digital files and ensure the confidentiality of examination materials.
- Prepare documents for printing and PDF distribution.

Required Skills

- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.




- Robust working knowledge of MS Word and document formatting.
- Ability to type mathematical equations, chemical formulas, scientific symbols, and special characters.
- Familiarity with Equation Editor or MathType.
- Knowledge of PDF conversion, page setup, and print-ready formatting.
- Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments.

Educational Qualification

- Any degree or relevant qualification.
- Candidates with a DTP, computer applications, or desktop publishing background are preferred.

Experience

- Experience in academic DTP, educational publishing, question paper formatting, or textbook typesetting is preferred.
- Freshers with strong MS Word, equation-formatting, and typing skills may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with Intermediate / IPE syllabus material.
- Familiarity with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry question paper formatting.
- Ability to maintain accuracy while handling complex formulas and equations.
- Experience preparing objective question papers and multiple-choice question banks.

Note: This role primarily focuses on typing, formatting, and preparing academic content provided by faculty members. Independent question creation is not the primary responsibility.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Himayatnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
