- Identify and acquire suitable land parcels for real estate development.
- Handle landowner negotiations, documentation, due diligence, and agreements.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams for smooth acquisition.
- Conduct market research and evaluate land feasibility, title, and potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure acquisitions are completed within timelines and commercial targets.
- Experience: 5–10 years in Land Acquisition / Real Estate.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
