What You Will Do

- Develop High-Converting Campaign Angles: Stop ad fatigue by constantly pitching fresh, disruptive hooks for paid social (Meta/Instagram), YouTube, and local campaigns (e.g., myth-busting, procedure breakdowns, patient transformations, festive packages).
- Script & Direct Short-Form Video: Write high-retention video scripts for Reels/Shorts and direct on-camera shoots with our in-house doctors and aesthetic therapists.
- Bridge Creative & Performance: Work directly with our ad-buying team. Analyze metrics like Hook Rate (3-second views), Hold Rate, and Cost-per-Lead (CPL) to iterate on winning creatives.
- Produce Engaging Visual Content: Shoot high-quality raw footage inside our clinical branches (consultations, behind-the-scenes, device close-ups, client testimonials) and guide video editors/designers on pacing, typography, and B-roll.
- Leverage Modern Creative Workflows: Utilize AI-assisted creative tools (AI storyboarding, video enhancement, audio cleanup) and design platforms (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva/Figma) to rapidly deliver high-volume creative assets.
- Offline & B2B Activation Concepts: Conceptualize creative collateral, banners,



and interactive presentation materials for corporate camps, tech park pop-ups, and seasonal clinic promotions.

Who We Are Looking For

- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Content Lead, or Senior Video Content Creator. Experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology, wellness, luxury salons, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) beauty is a major plus.
- Solid Visual Storytelling: A deep understanding of what hooks a viewer on Instagram/YouTube—pacing, trend awareness, audio selection, and visual contrast.
- Clinical-to-Consumer Translation: Ability to understand technical medical procedures (e.g., microneedling, laser hair reduction, chemical peels, PRP/GFC) and explain them in clear, relatable, FDA/medical-guideline-compliant language.
- Hands-on Production Skills: Camera-confident and capable of using iPhones/mirrorless setups, mobile gimbals, and wireless mics to capture authentic in-clinic moments.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute across our branches in Hyderabad.
