Position Title: Engineer/AM – Mechanical Assembly

Department: VMC Assembly

Location: Ranu – Tech Park , Vadodara

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle CNC/VMC machine Mechanical assembly activities.

- Ensure proper assembly, fitting, alignment, and troubleshooting of CNC/VMC machines.

- Maintain a good understanding of VMC and CNC turning machine manufacturing processes.

- Plan, execute, and monitor assembly activities to meet production targets and delivery schedules.

- Lead and coordinate technicians and junior team members to ensure smooth assembly operations.

- Identify assembly-related issues and implement effective problem-solving measures.

- Coordinate with production, quality, design, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

- Maintain quality standards, workplace safety, and productivity throughout the assembly process.

- Implement 5S, Kaizen, QMS, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement practices.

- Ensure on-time completion of assembly activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.





- Support team development, decision-making, and efficient utilization of manpower and resources.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

- experience in CNC/VMC machine assembly or machine tool manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of machine assembly, fitting, alignment, and troubleshooting.

- Experience in CNC/VMC manufacturing and assembly processes.

- Positive understanding of production planning, execution, and quality standards.

- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, QMS, and continuous improvement practices.

- Ability to work under production targets and meet delivery commitments.
