Job Summary
Keyanntech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Telecallers/Sales Executives to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and support sales activities. Candidates with experience in the Insurance, Loan, or IT industry are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain customer relationships.
- Explain company services and resolve customer queries.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Support.
- Experience in Insurance, Loan, or IT sectors preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
