We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive with good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, Tally, BUSY, and other accounting software. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, taxation, and maintaining accurate books of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.Manage GST returns, GST reconciliation, and input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation.Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.Maintain bank reconciliation statements and perform ledger reconciliation.Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and supporting records.Assist in monthly, quarterly,



and annual closing activities.Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other departments as required.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.Good working knowledge of Tally Prime/ BUSY/ MS Excel and accounting software.Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.Understanding of balance sheet preparation and financial reporting.Valuable numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
