- Industry: Electronics / Electrical Component Manufacturing (Capacitors, Power Factor Correction, or Film/Ceramic/Electrolytic Capacitors)
- Qualification: ITI,Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or assembly plant
- Reporting To: Production Manager / Plant Head
- Key Responsibilities
- Floor & Line Supervision: Run daily manufacturing operations for capacitor winding, metallization, vacuum drying, impregnation, potting, and casing.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of capacitor manufacturing workflows (winding, vacuum impregnation, foil/film handling, testing).
- Quality Tools: Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards, 5S, Kaizen, and basic defect analysis (PFMEA/root-cause analysis).
- Soft Skills: Team leadership, time management, problem-solving on the shop floor, and inter-departmental communication.
- Computer Literacy: Basic data entry, MS Excel, or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) tracking tools.
- Production Planning:



Execute daily and weekly shift schedules to achieve target output while minimizing scrap and material waste.
- Quality & Testing Coordination: Monitor in-process quality checks, electrical/dielectric withstand (HiPot) tests, and capacitance tolerance values.
- Manpower Management: Assign machine operators and assembly workers across shifts, manage attendance, and provide basic skill training.
- Machine & Maintenance Liaison: Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, and tool/fixture calibration.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain daily production logs, batch records, equipment usage logs, and support ISO 9001:2015 or industry audits.
- Safety Adherence: Ensure workers follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), use personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain shop-floor safety and housekeeping.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
