Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Field Officer with at least 2 years of experience in cash and payment collection. The candidate will be responsible for collecting payments, visiting branches and clients across Delhi NCR, and ensuring the secure handling and timely deposit of collected amounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect cash and payments from customers, branches, and business associates.
- Conduct field visits across Gurugram, Delhi, and other locations in NCR.
- Ensure the safe handling, transportation, and timely deposit of collected cash.
- Maintain accurate records of daily collections and payment transactions.
- Submit collection reports and deposit receipts to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with the accounts team and management regarding collections and pending payments.
- Follow company procedures for cash handling, documentation, and security.
- Travel to assigned locations as per business requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass.
- At least 2 years of experience in cash collection or payment collection.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Delhi NCR.
- A guarantor is mandatory.
- Must be honest, reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Good communication skills and basic documentation skills are required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
