About the Role

TYGO Ventures is looking for a tech-oriented and detail-focused IT & Automation Intern to support our internal IT operations, implement AI-powered automations, and prepare business dashboards and reports.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, exploring AI tools, working with data, and improving business processes through technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Support

- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Assist with computer setup, software installation, email configuration, and user access management.
- Support day-to-day IT operations and maintain basic technical documentation.

2. AI & Workflow Automation

- Explore and implement AI tools to automate repetitive business tasks.
- Build straightforward automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Work with AI platforms and integrations to improve productivity and reduce manual work.
- Assist with connecting applications, forms, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.

3. Dashboard & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain dashboards for business performance, marketing, sales, and operational reporting.
- Organize, clean, and analyze data using Excel or Google Sheets.




- Create visual reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Help improve reporting accuracy and automate recurring reports.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and IT troubleshooting.
- Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Interest in AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates who have completed relevant projects, certifications, or personal experiments in AI automation, dashboards, or IT support will have an advantage.
