About the Role

takeUforward is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to connect with prospective customers, understand their learning needs, and help them choose the right courses and learning programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers through calls and follow-ups to understand their requirements and interests.

- Explain takeUforward’s courses, programs, features, and perks clearly.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable learning programs.

- Convert interested leads into paying customers through effective communication and follow-ups.

- Follow up with prospective customers who need additional information or time to make a decision.

- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Address customer queries and provide relevant information to help them make informed decisions.

- Coordinate with the relevant team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.





- Share regular updates on sales activities, progress, and performance.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, or a similar role.

- Excellent communication skills, with strong spoken English and active listening.

- Confidence in handling sales calls, explaining offerings, and persuading prospective customers.

- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

- A target-driven mindset and the ability to work towards sales goals.

- Good problem-solving skills and a positive approach to handling customer objections.

- Basic proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.

- Ability to work independently and manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
