Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the Life Insurance domain to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and coordinate with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
- Analyze life insurance processes, products, and business workflows.
- Support UAT, testing, and implementation activities.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance domain.
- Robust understanding of life insurance products and processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation,
and stakeholder management.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
