- Supervise nursing staff across all hospital units.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing.
- Monitor nursing care quality and patient safety.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NABH standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, department heads, and nursing management.
- Monitor medication administration and nursing documentation.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Handle patient complaints and nursing-related issues.
- Ensure infection control and emergency preparedness.
- Monitor ward operations and ensure smooth functioning of all nursing units.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
