- Maintain day-to-day accounts and billing records using Tally Prime
- Prepare and generate sales invoices for pharma, medical, and surgical products
- Enter purchase bills, sales entries, credit notes, and debit notes accurately
- Manage GST-compliant accounting and tax-related documentation
- Track accounts receivable and payable, and follow up on pending payments
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
- Generate financial, sales, and stock reports from Tally Prime
- Support monthly closing of accounts and audit requirements
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, and logistics teams for billing accuracy
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting policies
