Gtech Computer Institute is looking for a motivated and skilled Computer Trainer & Admission Counsellor to manage student counselling, admissions and computer training.

Initially, the selected candidate will handle both teaching and counselling responsibilities. As student enrolments increase, the institute plans to expand its team with separate faculty and counselling staff.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Training

- Teach Basic Computer Skills and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Conduct Advanced Excel training, including formulas, lookup functions, PivotTables, charts and reports.
- Teach Tally Prime with GST and practical accounting entries.
- Prepare practical exercises, conduct assessments and monitor student progress.

Counselling & Admissions

- Handle phone enquiries and walk-in students.
- Explain course details, fees, duration and career opportunities.




- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records, attendance and admission reports.
- Support local marketing activities and college outreach programmes.

Required Skills

- Good practical knowledge of MS Office and Advanced Excel.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime and GST.
- Good communication and student-handling skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a easy and practical manner.
- Basic computer administration and record-keeping skills.
- Sales, counselling or teaching experience will be an advantage.
