Key Responsibilities

- Guest Service & VIP Relations: Welcome guests, identify VIPs, coordinate personalized services, and manage special requests or surprise arrangements.
- Complaint Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, listen empathetically, and de-escalate problems swiftly.
- Team Leadership: Supervise receptionists, concierges, and guest relations officers; manage staff schedules, training, and performance appraisals.
- Department Coordination: Liaise closely with housekeeping, room service, front office, and maintenance to ensure room readiness and smooth operations.
- Feedback & Reporting: Track customer reviews, log daily interactions in Property Management Systems (PMS) or CRM tools, and report insights to senior management

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education:



Bachelor's or Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3+ years of experience as a Guest Relations Officer, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel management and PMS software (such as Cheers), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills: Robust communication, active listening, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and multitasking capabilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
