We are looking for Fabrication incharges / Supervisor / Manager for Our Component Fabrication shop.

Requirements:-

- Diploma / BE Mechanical.
- 5- 12+ years of fabrication experience.
- Robust drawing, reading & welding knowledge.
- Experience in heavy fabrication of engineering components and assembly manufacturing.

Responsibilities :-

- Plan & execute fabrication jobs as per schedule.
- Prepare Fabrication estimation & Costing.
- Handle new product development in fabrication.
- Knowledge in Plate cutting, Plate rolling, forming, bending, heat treatment, and painting process.
- Handle heavy fabrication (10 Kg to 3-ton structures, 5-60 mm plates).




- Supervise welding: MIG / MAG / SAW.
- Ensure fit-up, alignment, and distortion control.
- Monitor daily production vs plan.
- Coordinate with machining, QC, and stores.
- Control rework, rejection & material wastage.
- Implement WPS, PQR & welding quality standards.
- Lead shopfloor team (fitters, welders, helpers).
- Improve productivity, cycle time & shop efficiency.
- Maintain 5S, safety & discipline.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
