Founding Technical Lead / Lead Full-Stack Engineer Anantakoti-Brahmanda Technologies and Consultancy Services Location: Remote / Hybrid — to be discussed Employment Type: To be discussed based on the candidate and project requirements About the Company Anantakoti-Brahmanda Technologies and Consultancy Services is an emerging technology venture focused on building intelligent software, AI-powered applications, SaaS platforms, and technology-driven solutions for real-world problems. Our initial focus includes education technology, AI-powered academic intelligence, custom software development, and IT consulting, with plans to expand into additional industries as our capabilities grow. We are looking for a technically strong, hands-on engineer who can help build our products, solve complex technical problems, establish sound engineering practices, and gradually lead the technical development team. Role Overview As our Founding Technical Lead / Lead Full-Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of software development, application architecture, AI integration, debugging, deployment, and technical execution. You should be comfortable both building applications from scratch and rescuing, repairing, and improving applications that have already been created using AI development tools. This is an early-stage opportunity suited to someone who combines independent engineering ability, practical problem-solving, product thinking, and the potential to lead a growing technical team. Key Responsibilities 1. Full-Stack Software Development - Design, develop, and maintain web applications, SaaS products, dashboards, and business software. - Build responsive frontend interfaces and reliable backend services. - Design and manage databases, authentication, authorization, and role-based access. - Develop APIs and integrate third-party services, payment systems, and external platforms. - Build scalable, maintainable applications with appropriate security and performance standards. 2. AI-Assisted Application Repair & Production Readiness - Audit, debug, repair, and extend applications created using AI-powered development tools such as Replit, Google AI Studio, Lovable, Bolt, and similar platforms. - Identify and resolve frontend/backend integration problems, database issues, authentication failures, broken APIs, and deployment errors. - Turn AI-generated prototypes and partially functional applications into reliable, maintainable software. - Review existing codebases, understand their architecture, and improve them without unnecessarily rebuilding everything from scratch. - Connect AI-generated interfaces to functional backends, databases, APIs, and external services. - Identify missing features, broken workflows, performance bottlenecks, and security weaknesses.



- Test complete user journeys and prepare applications for deployment and real-world use. - Use AI coding assistants effectively while applying independent engineering judgment and maintaining code quality. 3. AI & Intelligent Systems - Integrate AI models and APIs into software products. - Develop AI-powered assistants, automation workflows, analytics tools, and intelligent decision-support features. - Work with technologies such as LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases where appropriate. - Evaluate AI output quality, reliability, latency, cost, and security. - Help identify practical use cases where AI can solve measurable customer problems. 4. SaaS Architecture & Deployment - Make appropriate technology-stack and architecture decisions. - Design secure, maintainable systems with appropriate database and access-control structures. - Implement deployment workflows, testing, monitoring, and version control. - Work with cloud infrastructure, hosting platforms, environment configuration, and CI/CD pipelines as needed. - Consider multi-tenant architecture, reliability, scalability, and data protection when building SaaS products. 5. Technical Leadership - Translate product requirements into technical plans, milestones, and deliverables. - Break large projects into manageable development tasks. - Establish coding standards, documentation practices, and code-review processes. - Coordinate developers, interns, and student contributors as the team grows. - Review implementations, identify technical risks, and mentor junior developers. - Communicate progress, blockers, timelines, and technical trade-offs clearly. 6. Product Development & Consulting - Help develop software solutions for educational institutions and other business customers. - Evaluate existing applications and recommend practical improvements. - Support custom software projects, integrations, automation, and technical consulting engagements. - Balance speed of delivery with maintainability, security, customer requirements, and available resources. Required Skills - Strong practical programming and software-development ability. - Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and contemporary web development, including React and Node.js or comparable technologies. - Working knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL,



and API integration. - Experience with Git, debugging, testing, and application deployment. - Ability to understand unfamiliar codebases and independently identify technical problems. - Ability to diagnose and repair applications generated by AI coding tools. - Familiarity with AI APIs and the practical integration of AI into software products. - Sound judgment when selecting technologies and deciding whether to repair, refactor, or rebuild an application. - Strong problem-solving, communication, ownership, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience building and deploying SaaS products or production web applications. - Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and application security. - Experience with multi-tenant applications, authentication systems, and role-based dashboards. - Familiarity with AI evaluation, RAG, embeddings, or AI-driven automation. - Experience leading developers, reviewing code, or managing technical delivery. - A portfolio demonstrating applications that work beyond the initial prototype stage. We value demonstrated ability and problem-solving more than degrees or certificates alone.
