Incubation Manager / Incubation Head

Incubation Centre is looking for a agile and experienced Incubation Manager / Incubation Head to support startup growth, innovation, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem development.

Established under the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) of NITI Aayog, Government of India, AIC-NMIMS supports early-stage startups through mentorship, networking opportunities, funding access, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Growth: Develop the incubation ecosystem by building relationships with startups, industry partners, mentors, investors, and government bodies.
- Startup Development: Identify, evaluate, and support promising startups through incubation and acceleration programs.
- Innovation & Commercialization: Help transform research, student projects, and innovative ideas into prototypes, intellectual property, products, and viable ventures.
- Funding & Grants: Secure grants, CSR funding, sponsorships, government scheme support, and strategic financial partnerships.
- Industry & Government Relations: Build strong partnerships with corporates, investors, ministries, accelerators, and innovation councils.
- Brand Building:



Enhance the incubator’s visibility through conferences, startup showcases, collaborations, and innovation programs.
- Entrepreneurship Development: Organize hackathons, innovation challenges, mentorship initiatives, and startup awareness programs for students and faculty.
- Operations & Governance: Manage incubation programs, policies, compliance, reporting, stakeholder relationships, and internal processes.
- Impact Measurement: Track startup growth, investments, employment generation, partnerships, and innovation outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
- 3–4 years of experience in incubation, startup ecosystem development, fundraising, investments, partnerships, or innovation management.
- Ability to connect academia, industry, and entrepreneurship.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
