Experience: 1–3 Years in Real Estate Sales preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calling, references, digital platforms, and other sales channels.
- Handle inbound enquiries and understand customers’ property requirements.
- Arrange and conduct property/project site visits with prospective clients.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and offers to customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales in CRM/Excel.
- Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation,
agreements, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and generate repeat/referral business.
Skills Required: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong follow-up ability, sales-oriented approach, convincing personality, and good knowledge of Mumbai real estate market.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
