## Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, energetic, and guest-focused Gym Instructor to join our fitness centre at a 5-star hotel. The candidate will be responsible for assisting guests with their fitness routines, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, maintaining fitness equipment, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming workout environment in line with luxury hospitality standards.

## Key Responsibilities

- Welcome hotel guests and members warmly and provide personalized fitness assistance.

- Conduct fitness orientations for guests and explain the proper use of gym equipment.

- Develop and recommend basic workout routines based on guests’ fitness goals and abilities.

- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques, posture, and equipment usage.

- Monitor guests during workouts and promote safe exercise practices.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the fitness centre.

- Inspect gym equipment regularly and report any defects or maintenance requirements.

- Ensure compliance with hotel safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.

- Promote fitness services, personal training sessions, and wellness activities offered by the hotel.

- Coordinate with the Health Club, Spa, and Recreation teams to enhance the guest experience.

- Maintain guest confidentiality and follow hotel grooming and professional conduct standards.

- Assist with fitness assessments, group exercise sessions,



and wellness activities as required.

## Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 10th / 12th pass; a diploma or certification in fitness training, physical education, or a related field is preferred.

- Recognized Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer, or Fitness Certification is preferred.

- 1–2 years of experience in a gym, fitness centre, premium club, or hotel environment is desirable.

- Freshers with relevant fitness certification and excellent communication skills may also be considered.

## Required Skills

- Good knowledge of exercise techniques, strength training, cardio equipment, and basic fitness principles.

- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is an advantage.

- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.

- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

- Skilled grooming, positive attitude, and a service-oriented approach.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary:** As per industry standards and candidate experience.

**Employment Type:** Full-time.

Pay: ₹29,100.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
