- Oversee customer inquiries, quotation preparation, pricing approvals, and end-to-end communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate customer POs, order booking, order processing, invoicing, and dispatch with factory, accounts, and other relevant departments.
- Play supporting role in quotation submission order processing, payment and ensure overall business operations and execution without hampering timeline.
- Identify additional requirements and new business opportunities from existing and potential customers and coordinate with the concerned teams for further action.
- Monitor open quotations, pending orders, customer requirements, and dispatch timelines to ensure timely execution.
- Manage vendor registration, customer documentation, and product-related inquiries in coordination with technical teams.
- Handle customer queries and follow-ups to ensure smooth business transactions.




- Perform day-to-day sales coordination activities and resolve operational bottlenecks through effective internal coordination.
- Prepare periodic customer sales analysis, inquiry conversion reports, business opportunity updates, and pending activity reports for management review.
- Analyse customer sales trends, inquiry conversion, pending quotations, and order execution gaps to support management decisions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities in quotation management, order processing, customer communication, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Drive sales support activities by monitoring inquiry conversion, quotation status, order booking

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
