Manager – Estimation, Billing & Contracts

Job Summary

Responsible for managing project estimation, BOQs, contractor billing, contract administration, and cost control to ensure accurate budgeting, contractual compliance, and effective commercial management of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review project estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis for civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
- Verify and certify contractor/subcontractor bills against actual measurements, approved drawings, BOQs, work orders, and contractual terms and work done by team.
- Manage and guide team in work orders, contracts, commercial documentation, and contractual compliance.
- Review variations, extra items, rate revisions, contractor claims,



and deviation statements.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow statements, cost sheets, and expenditure reports.
- Track actual costs against approved budgets, identify cost variations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Architects, Purchase, Engineering, Execution, Finance, Audit, and site teams for project requirements and billing verification.
- Team Management & Supervision: Lead, supervise, and guide the estimation, billing, and contracts team; allocate tasks, monitor progress, ensure accountability, and drive timely and accurate completion of assigned work.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
