Position: Service Advisor
Location: Pondicherry (Puducherry)
Industry: Automobile – Two-Wheeler Service
Job Description:
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain service requirements to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Provide service estimates and update customers on repair progress.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service feedback.
- Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile service advisory or a related role.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and maintenance.
- Basic computer knowledge and job card management skills.
