We are looking for a Presales Executive to be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. You will handle enquiries, understand client requirements, qualify leads and schedule site visits with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up on leads from portals, social media, campaigns, referrals and walk-ins
- Understand client requirements such as budget, location, property type and timeline
- Qualify leads and update their status in the CRM or tracker
- Share property details, brochures and pricing with prospects
- Schedule and confirm site visits and meetings with the sales team
- Follow up with prospects after site visits
- Maintain daily call reports and lead records
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads and site visits
Requirements
- Any degree (freshers can apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada, Hindi or another local language
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Good listening skills and a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Good follow-up discipline and time management
- Experience in real estate, telecalling or inside sales is an advantage
