Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage construction, repair and maintenance activities, conduct site inspections, coordinate manpower and ensure quality execution within the timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day construction, repair and maintenance work at project sites.

* Conduct site visits to assess requirements, take measurements and prepare basic cost estimates.

* Manage labour, contractors, materials, tools and machinery at site.

* Monitor work progress, quality, quantity and timely completion as per drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, vendors and the management team.

* Identify site issues and provide necessary technical information for resolution.

* Maintain daily site reports, measurements,



material consumption and work progress records.

* Support project planning, resource estimation, billing measurements and material requirements.

* Ensure compliance with basic construction safety practices.

* Visit multiple sites and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 4–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.

* Practical knowledge of civil construction, repair and maintenance work.

* Ability to read basic drawings, take measurements and prepare site reports.

* Good manpower management and coordination skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word for maintaining records.

* Willingness to travel to project sites within Bhubaneswar and nearby areas.
