We are looking for a energetic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at DBMCI Calicut. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for business development and student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage student enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
- Lead and motivate the sales and admissions team.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Plan and implement strategies to achieve admission targets.
- Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or team management preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
