About Locus Fire & Security

Locus Fire & Security India Pvt. Ltd. designs, supplies and installs fire and security systems — CCTV, fire alarm, access control, intrusion, flap barriers and firefighting — for PSUs, government bodies and large corporates across India. We are growing our tender business and need a sharp, deadline-driven Tender Executive to own our bids end to end.

What you will do

- Search tenders daily on GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement and PSU portals; shortlist relevant fire & security tenders
- Study tender documents and corrigenda; prepare bid/no-bid summaries covering eligibility, EMD and deadlines
- Draft and submit pre-bid queries
- Prepare technical bids: compliance sheets, OEM authorisations, experience certificates, declarations and affidavits
- Coordinate with the technical team on BOQs and prepare price bids in the required format
- Upload and submit bids using DSC before the deadline; arrange EMD, tender fee or MSME exemption
- Track evaluation, respond to clarifications and shortfall requests, and support reverse auctions
- On award, handle LOA/PO, performance bank guarantee and agreement; follow up on EMD refunds
- Maintain the tender tracker,



company document library and weekly MIS
- Keep portal registrations, DSC and certificates renewed on time

What we are looking for

- 2–5 years of hands-on tender filling for government / PSU / corporate clients
- Working knowledge of GeM (bids and reverse auctions) and CPPP / NIC portals
- Experience with DSC-based bid submission
- Understanding of EMD, PBG, MSME benefits and L1 / QCBS evaluation
- Good MS Excel, Word and PDF skills
- Accurate, organised and calm under deadline pressure
- Good written English and Hindi

Good to have

- Tendering experience in fire & security, electrical, ELV or system integration
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, fire alarm and access control products
