About the Role:
We are looking for a fluent Gujarati-speaking professional to join our remote team. In this role, you will communicate effectively with our Gujarati-speaking clients or customers, ensuring smooth interactions, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional support from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with Gujarati-speaking clients via voice/chat channels.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding our services/products.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions as required.
- Ensure timely responses and uphold company standards for service excellence.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency:
Fluent in spoken and written Gujarati (knowledge of English/Hindi is a plus).
- Work Setup Requirements (Must-have):
- A reliable laptop or desktop computer.
- A working USB headset for clear communication.
- A stable and high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience: Prior customer service or communication experience is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
