About the Role

We are looking for a performance-focused B2B Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can generate measurable business opportunities, not just traffic, impressions or clicks.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Microsoft/Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Execute B2B email and cold-email campaigns.
- Manage WhatsApp/AiSensy outreach campaigns.
- Build and segment relevant B2B prospect databases.
- Develop multi-channel lead-generation strategies.
- Create and optimize campaigns and landing-page funnels.
- Coordinate landing-page improvements for better conversion.
- Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking and conversion tracking.
- Monitor CPL, lead quality and conversion performance.
- Improve campaign targeting and qualified lead generation.
- Track lead source through the complete business funnel.
- Work closely with Sales/BD teams.




- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Spend / Outreach → Leads → Qualified Leads → Meetings → Opportunities → Clients → Revenue

Candidate Profile / Requirements

Hands-on experience with paid advertising, outbound lead generation, tracking and measurable campaign performance. Candidate must understand the difference between a cheap lead and a commercially useful B2B lead.
