We are hiring Customer Support Specialists for a US Healthcare Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing effective resolutions, and maintaining high service standards.

*Eligibility*

* HSC / Graduate

* 1–3 years of US Healthcare experience preferred

* Medical Billing experience preferred

* Prior BPO / Healthcare support experience preferred

* Excellent verbal and written communication

* Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.

* Manage high-volume calls professionally.

* Provide healthcare-related customer support.

* Maintain quality and customer service standards.





* Follow process and compliance guidelines.

* 24/7 Rotational Shifts

* No Midnight Shifts

* 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-Offs

* Work From Office

* No Transportation Provided
