We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to manage and lead our rooftop solar sales team across Kerala, working from our Calicut office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor the rooftop solar sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Track sales performance, customer enquiries, follow-ups and order closures.
- Ensure mandatory and regular use of CRM software for lead management, customer follow-ups and sales reporting.
- Monitor CRM entries and ensure all leads and customer interactions are updated accurately and on time.
- Review sales reports and take necessary actions to improve team performance.
- Coordinate with technical, installation and documentation teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor order bookings,
customer satisfaction and payment collections.
- Stay updated on rooftop solar products, subsidy schemes and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the rooftop solar industry.
- Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Practical experience with CRM software is mandatory.
- Good communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala as required.
