This internship is hands-on. You will work on real orders and real customers from day one, with training and a clear checklist for each task.

What you will do:

- Answer customer chats, emails and WhatsApp messages from customers in the US and Canada, using our reply guides.
- Update customers on their orders and help with sizing questions, exchanges and returns.
- Photograph finished garments in our office with a light box and phone, following a shot list, and do basic color correction.
- Upload photos, update product pages and help review our online store (we train you on Shopify).
- Share product photos and behind-the-scenes clips of our tailors with our social media team.
- Help with order tracking and dispatch.

What we are looking for:

- Fashion, design, commerce, English or media graduates or final-year students, or anyone with strong written English and an eye for clothing.
- Clear communication and good thinking. You will write to customers in North America every day with help from AI writing tools, so care and judgment matter more than perfect English.
- Comfortable with a smartphone camera and simple photo editing apps.
- Organized,



punctual and dependable.
- Lives within about 30 minutes of Cochin Shipyard.

What we offer:

- ₹10,000 per month stipend, paid on or before the 5th of every month.

- Internship certificate after completing 6 months.
- A stipend increase at the 3-month mark if your work meets the standard.
- A full-time or part-time offer after 6 months: Customer Experience and Digital Marketing Associate.
- Exceptional candidates may be offered the full-time role from the start.
- Training in fashion e-commerce, customer service for international customers, Shopify and product photography.
- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, or an earlier 7:30 am to 3:30 pm shift; 30 days off a year (15 paid vacation, 7 medical, 8 flexible public holidays).
