Position: Marketing Manager

Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline. MBA in Marketing or Business Management will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive business development, identify new project opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for tender identification, quotation management, client coordination, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify and develop recent business opportunities to increase revenue and expand the company's market presence.
- Railways and Metro Projects: Develop business opportunities related to Indian Railways, Metro Rail projects, and associated infrastructure sectors.
- Tender Identification: Identify, track, and evaluate relevant tenders from government departments, public sector undertakings, and private-sector portals.
- Customer Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Quotation Management: Prepare and submit competitive quotations based on project requirements and follow up for order confirmation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 8–10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in engineering, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Experience in Indian Railways, Metro Rail, government tenders, or public-sector projects is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of tender portals, bid documentation, commercial negotiations, and quotation preparation.
- Strong client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert enquiries into orders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and business reporting tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
