- Customer Hospitality: Greet walk-in clients warmly, guide them to appropriate showroom floors or specialists, and manage hospitality arrangements during their visit.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain solid relationship networks with repeat buyers and VIP clients through personalized follow-ups for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries).
- Event Coordination: Assist in organising in-store high-tea parties, exclusive festive campaigns, preview viewings, and jewellery expos.
- Escalation Handling: Address client queries, grievances, or service delays smoothly and professionally to protect the boutique's luxury brand image.
- Operations Support: Manage front desk documentation, maintain basic customer data trackers, and coordinate with store managers to ensure a smooth floor flow.
- Saree will be mandatory dress code for this position.
