URGENT HIRING – TELECALLER
Kismat Overseas is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, providing basic information about our visa services, and coordinating with the counselling team.
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Explain our overseas education and immigration-related services.
- Understand clients' requirements and provide relevant basic information.
- Follow up with prospective students/clients regularly.
- Schedule appointments with counsellors.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the counselling and management team.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Knowledge or experience in the immigration/overseas education field will be appreciated.
