Job Responsibilities – Business Development Executive (Field Sales Job)

- Generate qualified leads through daily field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, existing contacts, and market research.
- Visit hospitals across Mumbai and meet Hospital Owners, Directors, Administrators, Doctors, CIOs/IT Heads, Purchase Heads, and other key decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate PRESCO healthcare technology solutions, understand hospital requirements, handle objections, and convert opportunities into business.
- Manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, meetings, demonstrations, follow-ups, commercial discussions, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and continuously develop an active healthcare network within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with technical, implementation, and customer support teams for client requirements, product-related queries, feedback, and timely resolution of concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, calls, leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and closures,



and submit weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, meeting, revenue, and sales targets while following company pricing, documentation, and SOPs.
- Gather market intelligence regarding hospital requirements, competitors, pricing, and recent business opportunities and share relevant insights with management.
