Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD 2D.
- Develop residential and commercial building floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Prepare complete architectural working drawings for site execution.
- Create detailed construction drawings as per architects' and engineers' instructions.
- Prepare door-window schedules, staircase details, toilet layouts, kitchen layouts, and other architectural details.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, interior designers, and site execution teams.
- Make revisions and modifications to drawings according to project requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, measurements, levels, and drawing specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation, drawing records, and project files.
- Support the team with drawing updates and site-related technical requirements.

Required Skills

- Solid command of AutoCAD 2D.
- Good understanding of architectural planning and drafting.
- Knowledge of floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Understanding of residential apartments, villas, commercial buildings, and real estate projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building dimensions.




- Ability to work independently and complete drawings within deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D software will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: ITI Draughtsman / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Architecture / Relevant Technical Qualification.
- Experience: Preferably 2–5 years in architectural drafting or construction-related projects.
- Candidates with experience in architecture firms, real estate companies, developers, or builder groups will be preferred.
- Candidates must have practical experience in preparing architectural and site working drawings.

- Has good technical knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Can independently prepare and modify architectural drawings.
- Understands the practical requirements of construction sites.
- Can coordinate effectively with architects and project teams.
- Is detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Is available to join immediately or at short notice.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
